You must have the legal right to rent in England with proof of residence or immigration status.
You need to be able to pay a security deposit and the first month's rent upon signing your tenancy agreement.
We may require satisfactory references from your employer, previous landlords or other guarantors.
Government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) must be provided for all occupants.
All properties are offered at open market rates and subject to availability and contract terms.
